We’re excited to announce that filming has started on our first promotional video for Relay! Titled “With Relay, You Are Not Alone,” this video captures the struggles that busy working parents, families with multiple children, and new immigrants relying on public transit face when trying to balance hectic schedules and coordinate rides for their kids. It demonstrates how Relay can simplify carpooling and build a more supportive community by connecting families within a trusted network, such as schools.
The Idea Behind “You Are Not Alone”
Rather than focusing solely on parents, this video brings the children’s perspective to the forefront—showing how they often feel overlooked and alone due to transportation challenges. Through three relatable scenarios, we highlight children’s feelings of loneliness and isolation when left waiting or managing on their own. By featuring these moments, we aim to show how Relay can make a difference by helping parents support one another in creating a network of trust and shared resources.
With Relay, we believe we’re doing more than providing rides—we’re fostering a true community of support. Unlike other apps, Relay acts as a partner for families, helping parents feel at ease while empowering them to connect and share the load. Our video is our way of saying, “With Relay, You Are Not Alone.”
